Ultra-High Temperature Greases Allow Use
At Ultra-High Temperatures Up To 800 °C
OVERVIEW
- Containing a soft metal solid lubricant (copper) and heat-resistant solid lubricants, such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and graphite, in various combinations, ultra-high temperature greases reduce seizure even at high temperatures up to 800°C through a synergy effect of such solid lubricants and a special base oil.
- Suited to ultra-high temperature applications required at ironworks, cement plants, and other industrial sites.
・Sliding, rotating and threaded parts in steel mill sliding nozzles and rotary nozzles
・Bearings in ladle hangers and furnace dampers
・Transfer surfaces of tire liners and support rollers in rotary kilns at cement plants
・Sliding parts, bolts, nuts, pins, and bushings used under high temperature conditions
・Other ultra-high temperature applications involving exposure to conduction or radiation heat
