Lithium Complex Soap Greases
Heat-resistant greases with little tendency to solidify at high temperaturesHeat-Resistant, Water-Resistant and Heavy-Duty Long-Life Greases
- Lithium complex soap greases with excellent heat resistance, water resistance, and shear stability.
- Suitable for a wide range of demanding applications characterized by high-temperatures (up to 200°C), heavy loads, water resistance requirements, and so on, let alone general applications.
- Also applicable to on-site standardization of lubricants.
- Little hardening at high temperature. Suitable for centralized lubrication at high temperature in places at risk of clogging such as pipes.
1Lithium complex grease with a strong fiber structure.
We made the fiber structure of standard widely used lithium grease thicker and longer, creating a complex grease with first-rate heat resistance and shear stability.
2Can be used over a wide range of temperatures. Fewer grease drips and leaks at high temperatures.
Our grease can be used over a wider range of temperatures than standard widely used lithium grease, with very few drips and leaks at high temperatures.
3Is resistant to solidification, even when temperatures suddenly increase, so is ideal for centralized lubrication systems.
Our grease is resistant to solidification when left at high temperatures for prolonged periods when compared with non-soap greases used at high temperatures of around 200℃, such as inorganic bentone grease and organic urea grease. This heat resistance makes it ideal for use in centralized lubrication systems where grease solidifying in pipes when at high temperatures is a problem.
4Resistant to shearing and water mixing.
The thickener's structure is resistant to breakdown, even when repeatedly sheared. This means that grease does not have to be applied as frequently. Furthermore, even when mixed with water the gel structure is barely damaged, and as the grease also provides excellent rust-prevention, it can be used on outdoor machinery and machinery that becomes wet.
5Changing to our grease from standard lithium grease without stopping your machinery is simple.
As long as you are using standard widely used mineral oil lithium grease, our grease can be applied without removing the original grease, making it easy to change greases*.
*However, to make absolutely sure please contact us when changing greases.
For asphalt finishers.
For centralized lubricating systems for high-temperature locations at ironworks.
For machines exposed to water splashes. (water jet bearings)
