We made the fiber structure of standard widely used lithium grease thicker and longer, creating a complex grease with first-rate heat resistance and shear stability.
Our grease can be used over a wider range of temperatures than standard widely used lithium grease, with very few drips and leaks at high temperatures.
Our grease is resistant to solidification when left at high temperatures for prolonged periods when compared with non-soap greases used at high temperatures of around 200℃, such as inorganic bentone grease and organic urea grease. This heat resistance makes it ideal for use in centralized lubrication systems where grease solidifying in pipes when at high temperatures is a problem.
The thickener's structure is resistant to breakdown, even when repeatedly sheared. This means that grease does not have to be applied as frequently. Furthermore, even when mixed with water the gel structure is barely damaged, and as the grease also provides excellent rust-prevention, it can be used on outdoor machinery and machinery that becomes wet.
As long as you are using standard widely used mineral oil lithium grease, our grease can be applied without removing the original grease, making it easy to change greases*.
