Semisolid lubricant formulated with a solid lubricant such as MoS2 or fine metallic particle and base oil. Two types are available: a lubricant for assembly, and a screw anti-seizure agent for use in high temperatures. The lubricant for assembly facilitates close fitting, and supports trial running-in smoothly by application to reel and sliding parts when assembling large industrial machines. The screw anti-seizure agent for use in high temperatures prevents seizing of screws at high temperatures, such as in factory piping or long exposure to corrosive ambient atmospheres, and makes detachment for maintenance work easier.

Lubrication in assembly and trial running-in has a significant impact on the life of machines/equipment. This lubricant is formulated with fine particles of MoS2 in high concentration. Applying a small quantity to the lubrication surface creates an appropriate lubrication surface, thanks to a solid membrane with outstanding load carrying capacity that prevents direct contact with the lubricated surface and reduces initial wear.

This product formulated with a high concentration of solid lubricants with heat resistance exceeding that of MoS2, is ideal for preventing seizure of screws used for materials exposed to temperatures higher than 400 ℃ such as at petrochemical plants, iron/steel plants and power stations. Prevents screw seizure during screw fastening and for a long time after fastening, thus making it easier to remove screws. While the assembly lubricant described in the previous page is effective in preventing seizure of screws in general, this product is recommended for applications involving exposure to severe conditions such as high temperature or chemically corrosive environments.
