photoSumico Lubricant's lubricating oil caters for lubrication under heavy conditions unable to be tackled by ordinary lubricants, by employing an additive formulated with a high concentration of MoS2. Mainly for heavy load gear, and chains subject to high temperatures.

Oil Additive

Generally, when load conditions such as pressure/temperature/speed become high, lubrication by lubricant only becomes difficult, resulting in metal contact and wear/abnormal noise/oil temperature rises. The life of the lubricant and machinery are also reduced.
This additive is designed to solve such problems by a blend of various molybdenums to produce a lubrication film on matting surfaces.

For assembly and trial running-in

Lubrication in assembly and trial running-in has a significant impact on the life of machines/equipment.

For bearings subject to high temperatures

Oil for bearings subject to high temperatures, formulated with high concentrations of MoS2 and graphite.
Improves lubricity and prevents drag/seizing/wear even in high ambient temperatures exceeding the limit of oil.
Because carbon residue in high temperatures is small, oil infiltrates into the bearing well to prevent wear.
Suitable for ceramic wagon bearings, sleeve bearings of high temperature heat treat furnaces for iron and steel, and low speed high temperature chains.
