Quality

The quality of lubricant gives marked difference in operation, maintenance and cost of equipments, machines and automobiles. In order to bring out the best possible performance of them and apply our products for the customers’ facilities with trust, we strive to maintain and improve the qualities of our products.
Furthermore, we strictly control the qualities of products through the preparing of quality management system, organizing / utilizing the data, accumulated for over 40 years, and the careful tests and inspections of products. We are proud that these commitments to qualities brings our customers’ supports of products for industrials automobiles products.
We strive to provide the high quality products which satisfy customers in the future.

Our Mie Factory has been certified to meet “ISO 9002”, which was one of the quality management system, in September 21, 1998 by the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers(JUSE / renewed in September 21, 2001). Afterwards, Mie Factory was certified to meet the ISO 9001: 2000 Version by JUSE, through the approval for examination of system transition from ISO 9002(in September 21, 2004). In our factory, we manufacture the hundreds types of special lubricants. Therefore, this certification means that we have the global quality management system which can be provided the high quality products, in the process of purchasing, manufacturing and shipping of them. We have a plan to apply the quality management system to other department, sales branches and offices. Sumico Lubricant Co., Ltd. continually strives to attain the customers satisfaction for the excellent technical strength and high quality service, and also to contribute to customers and society.
